At Embr Systems (DBA "The Digital Canine") , we provide digital marketing and lead generation services tailored for service-based businesses. Our offerings include ad campaign setup and management, CRM implementation, automation tools, and ongoing client support.

Delivery of Services

All services are digital and fulfilled remotely. Service delivery begins upon completion of the onboarding process and may include access to a CRM system, phone number provisioning, campaign setup, ad creatives, and automations.Campaigns typically launch within a specified time after onboarding is completed, unless otherwise delayed by incomplete client inputs or platform restrictions (e.g., ad account review or disapproval).

Communication

Clients receive access to a dedicated communication channel (email or Slack) and CRM support tools upon onboarding.Ongoing support is available during business hours, and our team provides regular updates and client check-ins.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital service delivery and resource allocation, all sales are considered final. However, a performance-based refund may be considered if all client-side responsibilities are met and the results fail to meet predefined expectations, as stated in the client agreement. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription or service agreement by providing written notice to

jabez@embrsystems.com at least 7 days before the renewal date. Clients must complete an exit interview and offboarding form to finalize cancellation. Failure to follow this process may result in continued billing and forfeiture of refund eligibility.

Access & Termination

In the event of cancellation, refund, or failed payment, access to CRM systems, ad accounts, landing pages, and all associated digital assets created by Embr Systems will be revoked. Clients may request an export of their lead data prior to termination.
